HOW DOES IT WORK?
What to expect on your first visit to lollipop speech
Your first session will involve a thorough case history regarding your child’s development and your concerns.
A formal assessment often takes 1-2 sessions. We will evaluate your child’s communication skills through play, conversation, observation and formal assessments. After the assessment, a report will be provided and the results and recommendations discussed. We will tailor an individualised therapy plan and may suggest weekly or fortnightly sessions. Therapy activities will be designed to be fun and engaging!
Families are encouraged to support the intervention process with home practice activities provided.
